We’re excited to learn more about your family and help you explore whether 123 Boerum Childcare is the right fit for your child. Our admissions process is designed to feel simple, welcoming, and supportive from the very beginning.
Visit our program, meet our team, and learn more about our daily rhythm, learning environment, and program philosophy.
We’ll review your child’s age, scheduling needs, desired start date, and current availability to help determine the best fit for your family.
Families moving forward with enrollment will receive all required forms, policies, and onboarding information.
Up-to-date medical and immunization records are required prior to a child beginning care in accordance with New York State requirements.
Once paperwork and scheduling are finalized, we’ll prepare for your child’s transition into our program.

Before beginning care, families are required to complete all enrollment paperwork and provide current medical and immunization documentation.
We follow all New York State OCFS and Department of Health requirements to help ensure a safe, prepared, and well-organized childcare environment for all children enrolled in our program.

Families may download our yearly calendar to help plan ahead for holidays, scheduled closures, special events, and important program dates throughout the year.
Families interested in learning more about enrollment may complete a pre-registration form to share basic information about their child, scheduling needs, and preferred start date.
Submitting a form does not guarantee enrollment but helps us better understand your family’s needs and current program availability.
Health & Immunization Requirements
In accordance with New York State childcare regulations, children are required to have up-to-date medical and immunization records completed by their pediatrician prior to enrollment.
We are happy to help guide families through the required enrollment and medical documentation process.
Required health forms and documentation must be submitted and reviewed before a child may begin care in our program.
To help families prepare for enrollment, we encourage parents to review all medical and immunization requirements in advance.

We’d love to meet your family, answer your questions, and help you explore current availability and scheduling options.
