PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide breakfast, lunch, and p.m. snack daily
- Provide diapers and wipes (updates sent via app)
- 123 provides backup snacks (cereal, pouches, etc.)

Pre-Registration Form
Complete the Pre-Registration Form and pay the $25 fee to join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, we'll contact you to schedule a registration date. If your child enrolls, the $25 is credited toward the program registration fee.
